Laura's academic achievements underscore her commitment to excellence. She holds an MBA from Purdue University Global and a Master's Certificate in Health Information Management and Exchange from Indiana University. Laura also earned a prestigious Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification, showcasing her dedication to continuous improvement and process optimization.

As a valued member of the Technical Advisory Committee for HL7's Gravity Project, Laura is crucial in establishing data standards for Social Determinants of Health, demonstrating her commitment to driving positive change in the healthcare industry.
