With health cybersecurity on the rise and cyber liability insurance policy premiums doubling, it’s not a matter of if, but when, a hospital will undergo an infrastructure attack. However, there’s also not a “one size fits all” approach, and this certainly wasn’t the case when a large healthcare network based in the Northeast faced a data breach in 2021.

This panel-style discussion will be led by representatives from Jefferson Health, Law Firm BakerHostetler, and moderated by Elizabeth A.
