Leading her Healthcare Privacy & Compliance team, Lynn specializes in data security, HIPAA compliance, and regulatory defense. With experience from Texas Children’s Hospital, Lynn offers client-focused legal representation, managing 900+ cybersecurity incidents and 500+ OCR investigations.
Lynn’s extensive experience from Texas Children’s Hospital allows her to approach legal representation from a client-centric viewpoint.
She has managed over 900 cybersecurity incidents and more than 500 OCR investigations. She holds degrees from Texas A&M University and Baylor University School of Law, where she was honored in the Order of Barristers. Lynn's accomplishments include recognition by Chambers, the Burton Distinguished Writing Award, Cyber Security Trailblazer designation, and being among the Top 25 Women in Healthcare (Houston) by the National Diversity Council.
